(2) The Lords Amendments shall be considered in the following order: 1, 2, 3, 8, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9.

(3) Any further Message from the Lords may be considered forthwith without any Question being put.

Lords Amendment 1
Because the Commons consider that it is more appropriate for section 2 of the House of Lords Act 1999 to be repealed than amended in the manner proposed.
Lords Amendment 2
Because the Commons consider that the provision made by the Amendment is inappropriate.
Lords Amendment 3
Because the Commons consider that a person on whom a life peerage is conferred under the Life Peerages Act 1958 should participate in the work of the House of Lords.
Lords Amendment 8
Because it is consequential on Lords Amendment 1 to which the Commons disagrees.
